Guided by Clause 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To award the “Dostlug” Order to President of the International Judo Federation Ladislau-Marius Vizer for his productive efforts and contributions to the advancement of judo both in Azerbaijan and globally.
