The 12-story, transit-oriented project will deliver more than 220 affordable housing units, making it one of the largest developments of its kind in the Portland metropolitan area. Designed to serve families and individuals across a range of income levels, HollywoodHUB reflects a growing commitment to equitable, community-centered housing solutions in high-demand urban areas.
